Amazing and awesome staff and satisfactory breakfast.
Comfy, tasteful room with a private bathroom and a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet. Hypo-allergenic pillows, cozy bed. Good pool, parking nearby. Not to mention free Wi-Fi. Marvellous and unbeatable location - not very far from Merida English Library.

Wonderful and clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is nice. Hotel's breakfast is delicious and marvellous with fresh orange juice, yogurt, scrambled egg. The venue boasts central location in the historic center of the city.

The staff was lovely and charming all the time. The free parking was nearby, exceptional service. Had access to its wifi, it was great. Location: the hotel was really close to all the main attractions and restaurants as well as market. Local fast food option Wookiee Monchis was 5 minutes walk away.

loved zamna boutique! exceeded my expectations with amazing facilities like the japanese toilet and espresso machine. the staff and owners were kind and professional. great location near the city center with plenty of free parking. would definitely book again!
